Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1-4 tablets daily on an empty stomach or as directed by a health care professional. To achieve the clinically proven results of L-Carnitine, including metabolizing fat into energy & supporting cardiovascular function, taking 4 tablets daily is recommended.
