Directions: Due to the potent nature of the Tight Xtreme formula, individuals under 200 lbs take 1 Hot Cap per day. Individuals 200 lbs and over take 2 Hot Caps per day. Take with 6-8oz. of water. Consuming Tight Xtreme on an empty stomach may cause nausea. Therefore take the product with a meal or preferably immediately after.
