Directions
BCAA -As a dietary supplement, consume 0.17 grams of BCAA per pound of lean body mass (LBM) around training. To obtain LBM, subtract total fat mass from total bodyweight.Carb Slam - As a dietary supplement, consume one to two scoops post workout with Primaforce Substance WPI depending on your dietary needs.
