Directions
For Hardcore Fat Loss: Please refer to dosing schedule. For the first 3 days, take 1 rapid gel before breakfast or morning workout session, and 1 rapid gel 6 hours later. Day 4 to 6 take 2 rapid gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 2 rapid gels 6 hours later. Day 7 and beyond, take 3 rapid gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 3 rapid gels 6 hours later. Do not exceed 6 rapid gels in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. For best results use continuously for a minimum of 21 days. Stacks well. Dosing Schedule/First Serving/Second Serving: Day 1 to 3/1 rapid gel/1 rapid gel; Day 4 to 6/2 rapid gels/2 rapid gels; Day 7 and beyond/3 rapid gels/3 rapid gels.
