Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoops on an empty stomach 45-minutes before physical activity, using approximately 8-12 oz of juice or water. Always start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance before gradually increasing dosage. Use only on training days and never exceed more then 3 scoops in a 24-hour period and/or dose. Please note, the Beta Alanine in this product may cause a slight tingling sensation in some, and is a natural characteristic to this ingredient.
Stacks & Cycles: For increased results, BodyForge™ can be stacked with CryoShock® for an increased ergogenic effect. When combining products, on-training days, substitute one serving of BodyForge™ for your preworkout dose of CryoShock®. Then on non-training days, take BodyForge™ as suggested.
