Directions: As a dietary suuplement take 1-3 capsules per day in divided doses for up to 12 weeks. Do not take after 5pm if there is sensitivity to stimulants at night.

Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing. Product efficacy depends on proper diet and exercise. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to medical surgery.
