Directions: Take 1-2 liquid capsules in the morning 30 minutes before eating breakfast. Take a second dose of 1-2 liquid capsules in the afternoon. Start with a lower dose (1 liquid capsule twice per day) before upping to the maximum dose of (2 liquid capsules twice per day) to help assess for tolerance.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or over-the-counter drugs or medications containing phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, ephedrine alkaloids, caffeine or other stimulants. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult with a physician prior to, during and after use, if you are taking any prescription medication or have any medical condition. Do not use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy or lactating, using any (MAOI) monoamine oxidase inhibitor, aspirin, antidepressant, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), if you have been treated for or diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition including, but not limited to: high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate, peptic and gastric ulcers, cardiac arrhythmia, renal disease, hyperthyroidism, spasms, glaucoma, psychiatric disease, psychological conditions, anxiety, depression, nervousness, seizure disorder, stroke, angina, diabetes, asthma, suffer from migraines, are allergic to tyramine or chocolate or sensitive to the effects of caffeine. One serving of this product contains approximately as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Do not use if you have a history of drug use. Do not use with alcohol. Do not use during high intensity activities in high temperature conditions. Discontinue use and consult a physician immediately if you experience any of the following: nervousness, sleeplessness, dizziness, cardiac irregularities or rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, tremors, chest pain, tingling sensations, behavioral changes, loss of consciousness or other similar symptoms. Use only as directed. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
